Information on international shipments to destinations other than the USA
International Destinations: We ship worldwide! We have listed the most popular countries we ship to on our website. If you do not see your country listed when you try to create an online account please contact us and we will add your country to our selection list.
Canadian Shipping Carrier: Shipments to Canada can ship via USPS or FedEx, depending on package sizing and weight, and/or your preference.
All Other International Shipping Carriers: Shipments to destinations other than the USA and Canada can ship via FedEx or USPS, depending on package sizing and weight.
International Shipping Quotes: For online shipping quotes you will need to create an account on our website and then add all of the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. You can then click on the checkout button and the shipping options and costs will be shown on the first page of the checkout before any payment details are requested. Our online shipping quoter you see on each item page and in our shopping cart will not work for international destinations (except Canada), so please follow the above instructions.
No Shipping Costs Shown: If you are not shown any shipping options and costs that means that at least one of the items you are purchasing is too large and/or too heavy to ship via FedEx or USPS and we will have to manually calculate the shipping using an alternative carrier. In those cases you can email our sales department with the list of items you will be ordering along with your complete ship to address and we will email you a shipping quote. You can place your order online and we will contact you with shipping costs for your approval before processing your order.
Canadian Brokerage, Duties & Taxes
USPS Shipments: The USPS shipping charges
shown include the brokerage entrance fees. Duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your
local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering. These charges are collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or
when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and
Canadian government regulations prohibit such behavior.
FedEx Shipments: We are only
charging you for the transportation costs. The FedEx shipping charges shown DO
NOT include any brokerage entrance fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the buyer's responsibility
and will be collected by FedEx at delivery. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be
prior to ordering. These charges are collected by FedEx at delivery or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark
merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and Canadian government regulations prohibit such behavior.
All Other International Brokerage, Duties & Taxes: Import brokerage, duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. APO & FPO Shipments: We gladly ship to APO and FPO military addresses via USPS Priority or Express Mail. Our online checkout system will work with APO and FPO addresses so orders may be placed online. For items that are too large to ship via USPS please contact us for a shipping quote using an alternative carrier. We will need the complete physical ship to address for these quotations (not your APO/FPO address).
Tracking Information: No matter what carrier we ship with we will always email you a tracking number upon shipment so you can track your package(s).

International Payments: Customers outside of the USA and Canada can pay through PayPal or send a Wire Transfer. We do not directly accept credit card payments from customers outside of the USA and Canada. If you would like to order using your credit card you may do so through PayPal. Credit card payments can be placed through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account. Simply go through the PayPal checkout payment screen and choose the "I do not have a PayPal account" link and then you can pay by credit card.
We will accept Wire Transfers with no fees on orders over $500.00. Wire transfer orders under
$500.00 will be charged a $15.00 processing fee.
