* Videos: We have added a video of our automatic sawing operations to our shop tour page. We have also added more product tour videos and customer submitted videos to SpohnTV, check them all out by clicking here.

* Live Chat: We have implemented Live Chat Support (see the logo in the footer of this newsletter), just click the Live Chat Support logo on www.spohn.net to chat live with one of our customer service representatives during our normal business hours.

* 2010 Product Catalog: We have released our 2010 print and .pdf product catalog, click here to check it out.

* eCheck Payments: We are now accepting eChecks! If you would like to pay by electronic debit of your consumer or business checking or savings account just choose the eCheck payment option when checking out online or request to pay by eCheck when ordering by phone.

* Wire Transfers: We now accept Wire Transfers on orders over $500.00. Wire transfer orders under $500.00 will be charged a $10.00 processing fee. This payment method is helpful for our international customers.
